Choose accommodation around how you travel
Large villas can work brilliantly for families and multi-generational groups who want space, kitchens and private pools. On-site hotels can make more sense when park access, early entry or included benefits matter more.
Do the transport maths
A hire car is useful, but not automatically essential for every Orlando stay. Hotel shuttles, Uber and Lyft can be practical when you are staying centrally; a short car hire can then cover a Gulf Coast or Kennedy Space Center add-on.
Protect your park days
Comfortable shoes, refillable water bottles, realistic transfer time and a plan for the busiest attractions make a major difference. I can help build a schedule that leaves room to enjoy the holiday rather than simply chase rides.

Florida holiday questions
How long should a family spend in Florida?
There is no single ideal length, but many UK families find around 10–14 nights gives enough time for the parks without making every day feel rushed. A longer trip makes it easier to add the Gulf Coast or another Florida stop.
Do I need a hire car in Orlando?
Not always. It depends on where you stay and how widely you want to travel. Some families use hotel shuttles and ride-hailing for the parks, then hire a car only for days further afield.
Villa or hotel for Orlando?
Villas are excellent for space, private facilities and larger family groups. Park hotels can offer location and benefits that reduce friction. I can compare the trade-offs around your family rather than assume one option is best.
Can you arrange an Orlando and beach twin-centre?
Yes. I can combine Orlando with a Gulf Coast stay such as St. Pete Beach and coordinate the flights, accommodation and transfers or car hire around it.
