For me, the biggest advantage is not simply finding a hotel. It is joining up the whole decision: dates, airports, flight times, room types, transfers, supplier terms and the practical details that can make or break a holiday. You can send me the brief, and I can narrow the market to options that genuinely fit it.
When booking online can make sense
If you already know the exact flight, hotel and room you want, the trip is straightforward and you are happy to manage every part yourself, booking online may be perfectly suitable. The trade-off is that you remain responsible for comparing the options and dealing with each provider involved.
Complex trips benefit from joined-up planning
Multi-centre holidays, cruises, long-haul travel, family trips and sports weekends often involve more moving parts. A named consultant can look at how those pieces work together rather than treating each booking as a separate purchase.
Price is only one part of value
A cheaper-looking option is not always better value if the flight times are awkward, transfers are long, baggage is missing or the room configuration does not work for your party. My role is to help compare the full proposition, not just the headline price.
